Construction of Electrical Power Line for Watumishi Housing Affordable Houses

Watumishi Housing Company (WHC) is a public property developer & a licensed fund manager for management of the Watumishi Housing Company-Real Estate Investment Trust (WHC-REIT). Our task in this project was to provide electricity to an affordable housing project carried out by Watumishi Housing Company. We constructed 33 KV 1.3 km transmission lines and installed 315 KVA 33/0.4 KV transformer.  The power supply is for both the construction works and the future beneficiaries of the project.
